Booking Terms:
By ticking the Confirmation box on the booking form you are indicating that you are legally empowered to book The Gooey Grappling Girls on behalf of yourself or an event as the authorised agent of said event.
The initial booking form is a means of contacting The Gooey Grappling Girls & registering a preliminary interest in the entertainment provided. It is not binding. On receipt of your booking all efforts will be made to contact you in an expedient manner to discuss the terms of your booking & negotiate a non-refundable deposit.
Bookings must be made with at least 2 weeks notice to offer any opportunity of being fulfilled, though the more time you give us the better because like any business, we enjoy periods of increased demand.
General Terms:
The Gooey Grappling Girls are for entertainment only, we descibe in detail the services provided & while we are open to suggestions, request & queries, we will not respond to unsuitable correspondance.
We are based in the UK & as such are held to UK laws, therefore, to enjoy our services you must be aged 18 or over. Similarly, when booked for public events it should be ensured by the organisers that no-one under the age of 18 will be allowed access to our shows.
Pay to Download Terms:
As with all our products & services, you must be aged 18 or over to purchase a download from our site, in making your purchase you are gaining the right to enjoy your download, however, this extends to the buyer alone. None of our videos are to be shown publically.
In the event that a download fails or is interrupted, or a video is lost due to file corruption or some other accident, we will make all reasonable efforts to replace the lost file, unless the file is lost through some malicious effort to circumvent our pay-per-download system or some other nefarious means.
